Mobility Matters understands the need to age in place, and we take great pride in assisting customers with their long-term care needs. We sell new and pre-owned products at competitive prices. Through our White Glove Delivery service, mobility products are delivered to your home, which includes setup and instructions for use. We also serve hospitals, retirement communities and other facilities with our Facility Maintenance programs.

Meet the Team - Shane Ogle spent more than 20 years in law enforcement before an injury put him on a new path. Seeking another way to serve the community, he was inspired to open Mobility Matters with his wife, Tiffany, after experiencing first-hand just how challenging mobility issues can be when caring for a loved one. How to find the right product? Where to call for service…and how to get someone (preferably human) to answer? Shane and Tiffany are excited to be joined full time in the business by their son Nick, making Mobility Matters a true family-owned local business that proudly serves East Tennessee.
