How Long does it take to get a stair lift installed?
We stock straight stairlifts for installation within 24-72 hours of request while curved stairlifts are custom made and require longer wait times.

How much do stair lift rentals cost?
Mobility Matters offers stair lift rentals for $325 per month (3 month minimum). Additional costs include a one time $500 installation fee.  

What are my options after rental? 
Upon completion of the initial 3 month rental you have several options: Continue renting for $200 per month  Purchase the stair lift Schedule us to remove the stairlift and end the rental
Stair Lift Repair
Do you repair stairlifts?
Mobility Matters repairs stair lifts regardless of where you bought it. Our factory authorized technicians can evaluate your stair lift for repair within 24 to 72 hours. Our standard stair lift service fee is $150 in the Knoxville area, the only additional cost is parts.
